If you are a reseller using HostPapa Device Backup, you can manage your customers’ backup settings through My Data Portal.
- Log in to the My Data Portal using your HostPapa Device Backup credentials.
- On the dashboard, scroll down to the Device List.
- Click Manage next to your chosen system.
- Use this list of resources to edit specific settings:

- How to use Cleanup Mode in your HostPapa Device Backup
- How to delete inactive systems in HostPapa Device Backup
- How to disable HostPapa Device Backups during selected hours
Note: To restore and delete files/folders, it must be done at the user level.
