How to manage your customers’ backups with HostPapa Device Backup

If you are a reseller using HostPapa Device Backup, you can manage your customers’ backup settings through My Data Portal. 

  1. Log in to the My Data Portal using your HostPapa Device Backup credentials. 

  2. On the dashboard, scroll down to the Device List.


  3. Click Manage next to your chosen system.


  4. Use this list of resources to edit specific settings:

Note: To restore and delete files/folders, it must be done at the user level.
