How to view and reply support tickets in your HostPapa Dashboard

All support tickets opened with your HostPapa account will be visible in your HostPapa Dashboard. They are the easiest way to communicate with our support team whenever you have an issue with your service. In this article, we will show you how to view and reply to your support tickets in your HostPapa Dashboard.

How to view and reply to a support ticket

  1. Log in to your HostPapa Dashboard
  2. There are two ways to view your support tickets:

a. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the list of the latest support tickets. Here, you can click on View all tickets to open the complete list and go to the Ticket section of your Dashboard.

b. Go to My Support from the top menu to open the Tickets section.

  1. You can filter your tickets by opened, closed, or on hold tickets by clicking on All Status.

  1. Click on the ticket you want to view to open the detailed information.

  1. A pop-up window will open with the replies and status of the ticket. 
  2. Click Reply to send a message.

  1. You can enter your message or even add files. Once you finish, click Submit to send a reply to your ticket.
