1. Customers are required to contact support to request the installation of an SSL certificate and Softaculous on their server. These services are provided upon customer demand.
2. Customers may request the installation of an SSL certificate for up to five domain names. Changes to the domain names covered by the SSL certificate are permitted exclusively on the anniversary of its installation, coinciding with its renewal for an additional one-year period.
3. When migrating from cPanel with root access, an unlimited number of websites can be transferred. Up to 10 websites can be accommodated free of charge for migrations from other sources. Also, there are external hosts such as WIX, Weebly, Squarespace, Google Sites, etc., from where we cannot move the data.
4. We don’t provide training or education on the operation of any aspect of Internet technology.
