What to do if you have not received an email to verify your domain ownership after registering your website with SiteLock

If you have not received this email after 30 minutes, check the ‘Current status’ box of your SiteLock dashboard to make sure it is displaying your correct email address. If necessary, edit the address by clicking on the pencil icon.

If it is correct, click ‘re-send.’ If the second attempt is still unsuccessful, check your spam filter to make sure the email has not been flagged as spam. If it has, make sure to add sales@hostpapasupport.com to your contacts to ensure future communications are received.

If none of these solutions work, please open a support ticket so we can further investigate the issue:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard: https://www.hostpapa.com/dashboard

  1. Click on My Support.

  1. Click on the Open New Ticket tab.

  1. Your Name and Email Address will be prepopulated.

  1. Enter a Subject, choose the department you wish to submit the ticket to and enter the Ticket Details.

  1. If required, you may also add an attachment.

  1. Click the orange Submit button.
