If your YouTube video won’t load, here are some steps that may help:
- Make sure that you have copied the whole URL for the video from your browser window, and pasted it into the Video URL field in place of the default URL.
- If it is one of your own videos, please make sure that there are no privacy settings on it in your YouTube account. If there are, then HostPapa Website Builder will not be able to call up the video.
- Make sure that you are clicking the Save button on the video widget. When you are ready for your new video to appear online, make sure to republish your site by clicking Publish.
