This feature of WHM allows you to apply a set of default DNS records every time you create a new account.
As a reseller, you are able to update the default DNS zone template that is used when creating a new account:

Log in to WHM

Click on edit zone templates under the DNS Functions section.

You will see three templates. The standardvirtualftp template is used for all new accounts. You may select, and edit, this template with your customer settings.
