In this article, we will show you how to change your HostPapa Device Backup password, whether you have forgotten or want to change it for security reasons.
If you don’t remember your current password, go to My Data Portal’s forgot password page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with the steps to recover your password.
If you know your current password, follow these steps.
- Log in to the My Data Portal using your HostPapa Device Backup credentials.
- At the top right corner of the page, click on the round account icon (it will have the first letter of your name or username), and click on Profile.
- Click on Change password at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the old password and then the new password where needed, and when ready, click Submit.
