All customers installing an SSL certificate not purchased from HostPapa will need to install the Alpha CA Intermediate Root CA certificate onto their web servers through the TLS/SSL icon in their cPanels.
The installation only needs to be conducted once. Once installed, all browsers, applications and mobile devices will trust your third-party SSL certificates transparently. The Intermediate Root CA certificate needs only to be installed on the web server and does NOT need to be installed by your website visitors.
Customers who purchased SSL Certificates directly through HostPapa do not need to install an intermediate certificate. HostPapa servers have these intermediate certificates already in place.
