HostPapa offers more options for email hosting and cloud-based office applications than almost any other hosting provider on the market. Email hosting is included with all web hosting plans through your cPanel account. There are slight differences between our Essentials, Growth, Premium and Elite plans, which we’ll explain below.

You benefit from additional features and higher storage thresholds if you’ve upgraded to HostPapa Basic or Advanced Email. Likewise, if you’ve purchased either Google Workspace or plans that include email from Microsoft 365, you’ll enjoy advanced features such as anti-spam protection, additional mailbox storage and email archiving, as well as higher email sending thresholds.

* The email service included with Essentials, Growth, Premium and Elite shared web hosting plans allows, by default, 50 outbound emails per hour for each account/mailbox. The email included with Essentials, Growth, Premium and Elite shared web hosting plans are restricted to a maximum of 25 concurrent IMAP connections per cPanel account/mailbox. You can only have 25 devices connected simultaneously to an email account. If another one tries to sync, that person will not be able to connect.
