How to change your password and account information in Plesk

In this article, we’ll show you how to change passwords and account information in Plesk. 

To change your password for Customer Panel access, follow these steps

  1. Access your Plesk control panel through your HostPapa Dashboard
  2. Click your name at the top of the screen.

  1. Click Edit Profile.

  1. In the General tab, type and confirm your new password.

  1. Click Ok to save.

To change a username or password you use to connect to your subscription over FTP/SSH:

  1. Access your Plesk control panel through your HostPapa Dashboard
  2. Go to Websites & Domains

  1. Click Web Hosting Access

  1. Enter your new username or password.

  1. Click Ok

To change your contact information, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Plesk control panel through your HostPapa Dashboard
  2. Click your name at the top of the screen. 
  3. Click Edit Profile.

  1. Select the Contact Details tab.

  1. Update your contact information.

  1. Click Ok
