How to access email from webmail on your Plesk account

In this article, we’ll show you how to access your email from webmail, both from a web browser and from Plesk. 

To access Webmail directly in a web browser, follow these steps:

1. In a web browser, enter webmail.example.com (example.com being your website’s internet address).
2. When you’re prompted to, enter your full email address as the username, as well as your password. 

To access Webmail from Plesk, follow these steps:

1. Access your Plesk control panel through your HostPapa Dashboard. 
2. Go to Mail. 

3. In the list of email addresses, click the icon corresponding to the email address you need.
