Your website visitors will be looking forward to booking appointments with your online business. As well as through your website, they may make appointments over the phone or via email.

Adding new appointments
To schedule appointments over the phone or via email, please use the following steps:
- Open Appointment Scheduler.
- Click on Managed Scheduled Appointments.
- Click New Appointment in the Appointment Manager.
- Complete the following appointment details:
- Status: If you are happy to confirm this appointment, select Scheduled. If not, select Requested.
- Select the Service type.
- Select the Staff Member.
- Enter the Date and Time.
- Next, you will need to complete the following Client Details:
- Client Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Notes
- Click Add once all of the Client Details have been entered.
Editing an appointment that already exists
If you need to change the details of an appointment or update its status, you can easily edit your appointments. To do this, please:
- Open Appointment Scheduler.
- Click on Manage Scheduled Appointments.
- Click on the appointment you need to edit. If you are viewing the details in list mode, please hover over the appointment date and click on the Edit button.
- Apply your changes and then click Update.
