– HostPapa, Inc., a leading Canadian internet company that specializes in web hosting solutions and services for small to medium businesses (SMBs), has announced the acquisition of the web hosting brand Santa Barbara Web Hosting, previously owned by Add2Net, Inc, alongside other supporting brands.

Founded in 1997 as part of the Add2Net product portfolio, Santa Barbara Web Hosting positioned itself as a viable alternative for affordable web hosting and online solutions with its customer base largely based in the United States. Other assets included in the acquisition are PacificHost, TheVine.net, Lunarpages, and eSolutions.net.

Finalizing this key acquisition strengthens HostPapa's ability to bring affordable, powerful business solutions to its customers in the United States and beyond. It represents a step forward in fulfilling a vision of combining companies with shared goals and maximizing their potential to the benefit of all stakeholders.
