We definitely like the green energy used by Hostpapa. That was the deciding factor over other competitors. Signing on and getting started was very easy. Using cpanel to get the blog going was dead simple. The few times I've had to deal with Tech support it's been very good and responsive.

My experience with this company is great! Host Papa is economical, easy to use, friendly, has good graphics (high priority with me), and most important: Host Papa has high quality communication skills. The set-up was easy, the host service is good value, and is exactly as good as my pre-research showed, and the only time I had a problem, I spoke with an intelligent and friendly rep who fixed it for me. It's even a company that has made some effort at being sustainably powered: yay!

Overall Hostpapa has been pretty good. I like the fact that I can have unlimited domains (and other options) on my account, at a competitive price. I have experienced downtime though, although I think that was more common earlier in 2010 than it has been recently. For a while it seemed as though my sites would be down for a half hour or so every few weeks. I'm glad that appears to have been sorted out.

I've been with company for about 3 years now and no complaints so far. I always receive maintenance notices well ahead of time (which never seem to affect service anyway) and clear and concise instructions for technical changes and billing etc.
