I am a freelance web developer and have been using hostpapa for 3 years.
I am a freelance web developer and have been using hostpapa for 3 years. I use my server space to build a lot of my projects when they are in development. Because of this I use a variety of 3rd party software. I have never run into any roadblocks with what I want to build. Unlike some of my clients hosting providers where I often find myself having to instal platform basics like phpmyadmin.

Service has been reliable, and though there were a few billing issues, customer service was eventually able to resolve them. Whenever a problem has arisen, the customer support has been quick to get back to me and has always worked hard to smooth out the problems. In a day and age where getting a hold of a "real person" to talk to is next to impossible, Hostpapa is like a breath of fresh air!
