Review an Existing Ticket
Dear HostPapa Customer,
We have updated our ticket system. HostPapa customers are now required to use their Billing Login information to access their accounts or to review an existing ticket.
If you have forgotten your username or password, simply click the “Retrieve password” link on the billing login page. You will be prompted to enter the email address attached to your account. A password reset code will be emailed to you promptly.
