Dreyer Group Mortgages Inc.'s website has been online since 2005, but in 2007, the company decided to move its hosting to HostPapa, primarily for higher service and support levels.

"The experience with our former web hosting provider started with excellent support and reasonable uptime levels," she explains. "However, over time, changes to their support process saw reduced customer service levels. At the same time, we began experiencing an increase in extended server outages. This was catastrophic for us and had far reaching impact on our business."
So, what's the forecast for this team of mortgage professionals? "The online mortgage market is growing rapidly and attracting a broader demographic," Goodman says. "This growth creates the need to develop better online tools and services.
